These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FLOW, a business-management application for sports coaches, trainers, and academies ("FLOW," "we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
FLOW is intended for use by coaches, trainers, and business owners ("Coaches") who are at least 18 years old, and by the parents/guardians ("Parents") they invite. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, including information about minors in your care or in your program.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
FLOW is offered on a subscription basis. New Coach accounts may include a free trial period, after which your subscription will automatically renew and be billed on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Payment is processed by Stripe; FLOW does not store your full payment card details.
Separately from your FLOW subscription, FLOW lets you invoice and collect payments from your own families/clients for sessions, camps, and packages. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of those charges, for your relationship with your clients, and for complying with applicable tax and business laws. FLOW is not a party to those transactions.
You agree not to misuse FLOW — including attempting to access another business's data, using the service for unlawful purposes, or interfering with the service's normal operation.
You retain ownership of the business, family, and player data you enter into FLOW. You are responsible for having the appropriate consent to enter information about the children/players in your program. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that data.
FLOW is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLOW's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using FLOW and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FLOW after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
