This Privacy Policy explains how FLOW collects, uses, and protects information when Coaches and Parents use the service.
Account information: name, email, and business details you provide when signing up.
Family and player information: entered by Coaches or Parents — names, contact details, and, where provided, a player's date of birth.
Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. FLOW does not store your full card number.
Usage information: basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
We use collected information to operate FLOW: scheduling, invoicing, payment processing, sending reminders and notifications you've configured, and maintaining account security. We do not sell your information.
FLOW is used by Coaches and Parents to manage information about players who may be minors. FLOW does not knowingly collect information directly from children. Information about a player is entered by their Coach or Parent, who is responsible for having appropriate consent to do so. Parents can request correction or removal of their family's information by contacting their Coach or FLOW directly.
We share information with the service providers that power FLOW, strictly to operate the service: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (application hosting). We do not share your data with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
Each Coach's business, families, and players are kept isolated from every other business using FLOW. Parents can see only their own family's information.
We retain information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and access controls that isolate each business's data — to protect the information in FLOW.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
